BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

To ensure the most beautiful results, we kindly ask you to note the following before booking.

 

LASH EXTENSIONS

Please arrive with perfectly clean lashes, free from makeup and oils. Avoid lash curlers beforehand.
We work exclusively on our own sets. Refills are possible with sufficient retention; appointments booked 3+ weeks after your previous set are considered a new set.
For quality and safety, very weak or damaged natural lashes may not be suitable for treatment.

 

LASH LIFT

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid lash curlers or extensions beforehand.
Natural lash condition and previous treatments may influence the final result.

 

BROW LAMINATION

Please arrive with clean skin and brows, free from makeup and skincare.
Results may vary depending on hair type, previous treatments, and hormonal changes.
Treatment is not suitable on irritated skin or very weak brow hairs.

Patch Test: Recommended if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or are new to the treatment. Please book at least 48 hours in advance under “Patch Test” in our menu. This service is complimentary.
